Mobile Primary Care developed the mobile app to allow patients the ability to get medical assistance 24/7 from our medical team instead of calling 911 for those non-life threatening emergencies or need to be assessed by a medical professional. The app can be activated in 4 different ways
1. Standard press to call function
2. Shake the phone
3. Voice activated and
4. From a wrist fob that will activate automatically if the patient falls or has fall type sudden movement.
Our application has both one touch dialer and also voice recognition, we have this application developed to target our patients reach us in case of emergency. This application’s smart voice recognition engine recognizes “Smarts express care” (configured through API) when said by the patient and calls us immediately.
This application also identifies sudden changes in the device state (sudden fall / shake) and calls to the configured emergency number, which will help different types of patients to notify us and help us reach out to them in time.
